gily, I am not quite sure of what you are asking. Does the article at
the following site describe what you are interested in?
http://www.hoise.com/vmw/01/articles/vmw/LV-VM-11-01-27.html

What size company do you have? How many employees?

Thank you,
crabcakes

I have one hundred employees. I am looking for companies that provide
online asthma disese managment services for employees (e-mail refill
reminders, PDA reminders and health reminders) and the cost of the
services. Once you identify the e-companies that provide these
services, a price list can probably be easily obtained.

The article you sent tells about the types of technology being used in
e-disease state management.

gily-ga,

My preliminary research shows that the services you’re thinking about
offering are usually part of the package offered by your health
insurance or work/life benefits carrier.

A review of the companies listed here will give you a better idea of
who are the providers of disease management products. The capsule
summaries for some of them show whether they offer online disease
management services. You can click through to the company Web page for
any that look interesting. Caremark is a good example of what’s
available.

Caremark's most intensive clinical offering is CarePatterns™ Disease
Management Programs. This portfolio of disease-specific,
patient-centered programs is currently available for ten chronic
medical conditions, including some of the highest cost-per-patient
diseases covered by plans today.

Good luck.
