Can the heads of federal government departments (like the
Administrator of the Drug Administration Administration or the
Director of the National Office of Drug Control Policy) provide
quotations for an anti-drug book by a private author? I wrote an
anti-drug book and I want to get some endorsements from these kind of
people - would they be able to provide me with good quotations or will
I have to seek retired or former directors and administrators?
