I would like to get a good list of crawfish farms in Louisiana with
contact information. If it contains any additional information about
individual farms it would be a bonus, but its not required. I am
unaware of any state run or private directories, but I would like to
find the most complete list I can.

I have a listing of crawish farms in LA, but it is strictly a list of
names with no contact information.  I will see if I can find a list
with some contact information.  The list is approximately 40 listings.

As opposed to not being able to provide you an answer for the question
you are looking for, I can give you a contact at the Louisiana
Crawfish Farmer's Association as well as two documents created by the
State of Louisiana that list crawfish suppliers.  I don't know how
many farms are listed on these documents, but the list has contact
information for all of them.

Let me know if this will meet your requirements and I will post the
information.

Th crawfish farming industry has been growing dramatically over the
last few years, with Louisiana leading the way along with Mississippi
and, surprisingly, North Carolina.

I have found a couple of locations of information regarding crawfish
farming industry businesses and locations.  The first that I would
recommend would be the Louisiana Crawfish Farmers Association. I found
