We have had an information based economy for thousands of years. I can't think how we might separate low tech from high tech to say 41% of the knowledge based economy results from High tech. My personal opinion is perhaps half of what we want to do, is hindered rather than helped by high tech approaches. Try rewording your question. Neil |
