Hi again bizo-ga. I am now starting to work on your question. One
question I do have is that would a study of a particular country
instead of an industry be ok as well? Furthermore, do you need the
researcher to write the paper or do you just need somebody to lead you
to the information. Again just let me know. :)

We have had an information based economy for thousands of years. I
can't think how we might separate low tech from high tech to say 41%
of the knowledge based economy results from High tech. My personal
opinion is perhaps half of what we want to do, is hindered rather than
helped by high tech approaches. Try rewording your question. Neil
