Hi Lilita, 

Really it depends on your question and on your bid, and which
researchers are online at any one time. We have researchers all over
the world, literally, so the time-zones are basically covered. If your
question was well defined, and had a reasonable bid, then it may only
be an hour or two. If not, or if your question is something that will
require a lot of research, it could be a few days, or even a week.

Just checked your question and it looks like you have an answer.

It's ok, your question is "locked", which means someone is looking at
it. As soon as someone finds an answer to your question, it will be
posted.

Many experts are afraid of certain questions, so you will get only
comments. Take some extra time to define precicely what you mean by
selected words you uses in your question. ie did you expect soneone to
tell you, "I will have an answer for you no latter than 2 pm EST on
Nov 5, 2002?"  Neil
