attorneys/lawyers offering services for migration/immigration to
Latvia; or helping with obtaining temporary residency permit in
Latvia. Preferably will like them to be located in Latvia.

I have been through the list and the information provided. The vast
majority do not provide immigration advice (it does not appear to be
an important legal issue in Latvia). Also, I have visited the websites
where no information was provided. Please note that a number of firms
do not have a web presence.

These are the only two firms which are said to provide immigration

It may be worth while trying the other firms on the list as in my
experience if it is not within their field of expertise, they will
refer you to another competent firm. In addition, many are part of a
worldwide network of international firms.

Why would someone in the world be interested to migrate to Latvia (I
assume from USA)? This leaves me puzzled.

There are quite a bit imingrants from US in Latvia. For me it looks
like puzzling, that some one thinks, that there may not be reason to
migrate from US to other, may be economically less developed
countries.
