what sources of information should I look at, for informaiton of the
current and historical, and future predicted real estate market for
Perth Amboy, NJ / Middlesex County NJ? this information will be used
by me to make a decision wether or not to sell my Condo, and at what
price is fair? My condo is a special circumstance. It is on the 11th
floor. Tallest bldg in the town, right on the water, corner penthouse
unit. The town, Perth Amboy, NJ has a 1 Billion redevelopment plan in
place, and has already demolished buildings, and started construction
of the first new building. They have also build 1 new pier, and
building another, and installed over 1000 feet of new sand, to create
a beach. which was previously not there. I can see Newark, NJ to down
the shore, Keansburg, NJ. I could also see WTC in NYC. and when
rebuilt, it will be visable agian. probably lit up like Christmas, as
a symboil of American resolve. A 2 bedroom townhome down the street,
along water, sold for 259k, and another listed for 289k. the most
recent, and most amount (condo, sold in my building), was 180,
neighbor, Thats a 1 BR. I have a 2 BR. I want to know what is mine
worth now, I think about 250k. and where is the market headed?
should I sell now, or keep it.

Thanks.
