I am looking for a source list for buying a paper folding machine, to
be used to make those little packets of folded paper given out by the
optician when you get your glasses adjusted (like this

I need info on the actual machines (cost, throughput, specifications,
method) as well as info on how to put it to use in a line that
produces the final packaged lens tissue (involves alcohol-like
cleanser, paper, foil package machine). Related info (where to get the
special paper for the machine) is helpful as well but not the primary
goal. Desire a US manufacturer but also want to know the worldwide
leading vendors for those machines, and how they compare. Need
contact/follow up info for any and all sources so I can
call/email/write/etc.
