I need statistical and demographical information on injuries,
fatalities, arrests, convictions, etc pertaining to speed contests,
particularly street racing.  I am looking for US, California, and
Sacramento County figures from 1995-present.

It's pretty tough to find this kind of information on the national
scale. Try the DOT's website. Else, another researcher can probably
retrieve that information for you.
