NEC National Education Centers a nation wide chain, of vocational
schools is no longer in business. Why(may be result of FTC
investigation,)has it resurfaced under a different logo? Why is NEC
defunct? The last known CEO is Mr. R. Blum (Richard or Robert), He was
under investigation as an Officer of NEC, by I believe the FTC,
additionally Mr.Blum is the husband of a California Senator,
the Honorable Diane Fienstien (D)(Ca.)
