I am an Entrepreneur who from time to time needs to consult with a
person with specialist industry knowledge etc.

Rather than using expensive recruitment agencies for what often can be
a very short term thing I was wondering if there is any kind of
consultant database out there where I can review Resumes etc and
negotiate with the individual expert.

As a side line, at this time I am specifically looking for a fast food
expert in the UK. My general enquiry is of an international nature!

I have reviewed another simialr question asked just before mine. I am
looking beyond the kind of services that are provided by elance.com
and the like.
