What is the market value of a Life Magazine special Woodstock Music
Festival Edition published in 1969? It is in very good condition with
slight cover damage.

A good indication of the current value of the special Woodstock
edition of Life Magazine comes from the bids this magazine received on
the biggest Internet marketplace, eBay.

There were 8 auctions on eBay for this magazine that were concluded
from October 26 to November 7, 2002.  (There were also 2 auctions
during this time for both the special edition and the regular edition
containing a Woodstock article; the winning bids were $35 and $51.) 
The winning bids for this magazine ranged from $4.99 to $29.95.  Six
of the eight winning bids were in the range of $21.50 to $29.95.  Most
of those magazines seem to be in fairly similar condition to your own.
 So, based on eBay, a fair market value would appear to be about $25.

Of course, that doesn't mean that you couldn't possibly sell it for
more.  At the top of my Google search, I found two booksellers which
are offering copies of this magazine for $100 and $125.  (The first of
these is apparently in "very fine" condition, which sounds a little
higher than the condition of your magazine.)
