every year disney puts out a disney cartoon. they have done this i
think starting with snow white. i want to know the firt disney movie
cartoon in the order they came out and where to find them on dvd. i
only want the calsic dinsney cartoon movies. for example i remember in
this order little mermaid,aladin,lion king,pchohantass, and so on. but
i want the first cartoon movie they put out and then go to 2002 which
is lilo and stich. there should only be one clasic cartoon movie a
year.  after you tell me taht find out where i can buy them. amazon
does not have jungle book and little mermaid so tell me where  i can
find them.

Thanks for the great question! Just when I thought I knew everything
about Disney - I learn even more. :-)

The pattern of Disney releasing one classic full-length animated
feature every year is actually a more recent thing. In the early
years, there were many occasions when years were skipped - and some
years when there were even two!

As well, not every classic Disney animated movie has been released on
DVD yet, and some that have are no longer available except from
"collectors" (which means at a high price). The marketing folks at
Disney tend to re-release their classics one at a time - and then for
only limited times. However, I was able to find several titles (not
available for "general" sale on Amazon) at Amazon's Marketplace
Sellers - companies that pay Amazon to list items for sale from them.
