I'm looking for a dress that either is or is similar to the black and
white dress that Sandra Bullock wore in Two Weeks Notice when she was
trying to get Hugh Grant's character's attention.  It is black with
white chiffon(?) detailing on the bottom.  The exact answer I'm
looking for would include the designer and style of the dress, several
places where I could buy it online or at a shop, and similar dresses
that are less expensive.  I'm in Dallas, Texas if that helps.
