What are two good softwares that I can get whereby I program my
computer to dial a number of fax numbers and the PC sends them.

That is:  I have say 10 or 500 fax numbers that I want to send my
prepared one page, one minute to print fax sheet too, through my
computer, through the telephone line.  What software can I buy to do
just that?

legitimate purposes only. Broadcast faxing as a means of sending
unsolicited advertisement to unwitting recipients is not only frowned
upon but also is illegal in some jurisdictions. On the other hand, if

Please explain this part:

I have also been told that the best reasonable software out there that
will do what you are wanting is Symantec's WinFax Pro 10.02. It sells
on Symantec's site for $99, but you can send an email to a company
called ARKYSOFT at sales@arkysoft.com and request an invoice and they
will sell them one for $19.

Another approach, which would save you time and money, would be to
used an outsourced fax broadcast service.  A comparison of several
