Dear athens,
I happen to own a video tape of the movie "Noises Off" as aired by
German television. This TV version has full end credits from which I
was able to obtain the following information on the soundtrack music:
The vocalist of the opening song "Broadway Melody" (written by Arthur
Freed and Nado Herb Brown) and the closing theme "Theres No Business
Like Show Business" (written by Irving Berlin) is Niki Haris. She is a
jazz and pop singer who has also done background singing for artists
such as Madonna and Enrique Iglesias. Furthermore, she can be heard
singing on some movie and television soundtracks, among them "Dumb And
Dumber", "Dark Angel" and "Corrina Corrina". But unfortunately, her
performances from "Noises Off" has not been released on any CD.
For more information on Niki Haris, visit the website of her record
company, Caus'N'ff'ct Records:

You might also want to have a look at Niki Haris official website
which is, alas, still under construction and has no information on the
"Noises Off" soundtrack:

The featured musicians mentioned in the end credits - George Doering,
Chuck Domancio, Gary Grant, Dan Higgins, Michael Lang, Harvey Mason,
Tom Ranier and Jack Sheldon - are renowned jazz performers, as a quick
web search revealed. They have played together in various
combinations, but they too did not release their performances from the
film soundtrack as a CD.

Obviously, the "Noises Off" film music has been recorded exclusively
for Buena Vista Productions, and they have decided not to ever release
it commerially. Im sorry I cant give you a less dissapointing
answer.
