this business, or if the business no longer exists, information on
when it went out of business and its last known address.  Thank you.

I've raised the price on this question and hope that someone can help
me find the answer.  I am trying to obtain authorization from this
photographer to reproduce one of his (or her) photos.

I can tell you that at that address now is Timberlake's, a restaurant.
