Hello Prince88-ga,

Thank you for your question.

The name of the manufacturer of the automatic replacement toilet seat
covers is Hygolet.

seats with toilet paper or paper seat covers. At the press of a
button, a motor turns a spool that propels a thin sleeve of sanitary

Bob ;

What I saw is different from yr reply . I have seen the Hyrolet in
many places but what I saw was different . The papers come out from
both end of the automatic device and they are not connected in the
middle . The problem with the old design is that there will be urine
on the paper ! This make it so un sightly ...when the paper go roll
back into the cover , it give people a feeling that it may not be
clean as urine are kept inside.
The new device I saw enable the users to flash away the paper together
after the biz is done ,so no paper sitting on the cover ,hence prevent
any urine staying on it since user will only press the button when
they want to use the toilet for biz.

Can you tell me where exactly have you seen this device?

Can this be the product you require?

"VIDA International Inc. updated its DeoSeat line with new releases
that come equipped with an automatic dispenser for PE toilet seat
liners. The seats, with patents pending in Taiwan, are compatible with
all types of toilets.

Unlike in earlier manual models, a mechanism automatically dispenses a
fresh liner when users place their hand above the sensor. "The
DeoSeats are more hygienic," said spokesperson Sandra Chuang as the
used sleeves are shredded and therefore cannot be reused. The unit is
also tamper-proof to ensure safety and is equipped with an LED that
indicates when the seat is ready to use and when the liner dispenser
needs refilling."

Dear Prince88,

If you can provide me with additional information I will be able to
continue my search as I have reached a dead end. This is what I’ve
found so far:

Is the seat from Vida International Inc. closer to what you require,
since the used sleeves are shredded and therefore cannot be re-used.

I have also located an Automatic Electric Ultra Violet Sanitary Toilet
Seat (TO-A) that may interest you.

“TO-A is a revolutionary New Sanitary Toilet Seat which will sterilize
existing most of bacteria on the toilet seat by using U.V Light

Dear prince88,

How does the toilet seat you remember work? If the paper is dispensed
from both sides, is it extended toward the middle? Is this an
open-front seat? Where does the paper go after use? The more specific
you can be in describing how the device works, the more likely it will
be that bobbie7 will be able to compose a search which will locate the
precise device you remember.
