Hello! Having reviewed the information on your site, I believe you
have a great learning product.
To confirm other comments, your proposed sales project would involve
an investment on your part, however if you are willing to invest your
time and energy as opposed to cash, here is a plan that should bring
results:
1. Create a press release (PR) highlighting your product.

11 YEAR-OLD GIRL TURNS TRICKS INTO LEARNING
[your town, state]- Eleven year-old Siri Grandhe is a tricky little
girl! With the support of her father, JR Grandhe, Siri created "EZ
Math Tricks," a unique instructional video focusing on simple math
tricks for problem solving, a concept she envisioned at the age of
ten!
Utilizing her idea of the Siri Time Constant, she is able to
calculate math and time unit problems at a truly staggering rate.
Thanks to her incredible gifts, Siri has been a guest on Nickelodeon
Kids Network, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, NBC News and many more.
Featured in such varied publications as Childrens National
Geographic and India Today, Siri's video has enabled thousands of
children to achieve higher math scores and better understanding.
"[I came up with this idea because these tricks helped me so much with
my own studies,]" said Siri, in an interview Jay Leno. "[I want
everyone to love math as much as I do, and that's why I made this
video!]"
Available at a special price for public and private schools, and home
schooling, EZ Math Tricks is a boon for students of many ages and
results of test-marketing proved extremely significant. Subjects
tested were taken from a broad cross-section of people: school
students, university professors and their pupils, various types of
business executives, and professionals such as attorneys, engineers
and doctors.
The aim of these studies was to devise an easy, fun and, above all,
effective method for learning mathematic skills that apply to everyday
life and school study curriculums. Nearly every subject tested, from
elementary school student to college professor, felt their math skills
had improved dramatically after viewing the video.
To sample the video, visit www.EZMathTricks.com, and contact JR
Grandhe at contactus@ezmathtrix.com for information on purchasing the
video for public, private or home-school use.

2. Send this press release to educational materials distributors and
home-schooling materials distributors for inclusion in their
catalogues. Places such as Joy of Learning, A to Z Home's Cool and
others. Also send it to all state boards of education, tailoring the
release with information on discount bulk purchasing of the product
for their school systems.
3. Search message groups at Yahoo! (www.groups.yahoo.com) and join
every message board that has to do with home schooling and the
education of children. There is a huge home school market in the U.S.
and parents are always searching for solid educational information.
Become a member of every group you can find whose readers would see
appeal in your video and query members for their opinions. Use only
your web site URL when in the groups; take care not to spam the
members. Cultivate a relationship on the boards as these people are
your best sources of future tailored products. (Writer M. J. Rose used
this method and became a best-selling author through her time
investment.)
Using Google search, I entered the keyphrases "educational materials
distribution," "educational catalogues" and "home school materials"
which produced these results:

Hi Journalist:
I thank you very much for your input and at the same time I have few
questions regarding this press release.
1.Don't you think the press release should be more than this
(regarding lines and matter is concerned). If you think so, Can you
add some more matter to this.
(Note: Siri is very good in spelling also. She was a guest for Jay
Leno at the age 6, for her photographic memory i.e., She could spell
any long word or number forward and backward, which she presented her
skill or talent infront of Jay Leno in Tonight Show. She participated
in National Spelling bee in 2002 getting 26th position in the nation)
I am giving this info because, if it fits in any form in press
release, you can include. Thanks
2.You mentioned to send to different organizations of educational
origin. Where can I find the email addresses or should I use any
company to send to others like www.press-release-writing.com (they
charge $300 for one release to approximately 1500 organisations),
Please advise.
3.Your input is really appreciated and if you give me your fax number,
I can fax an article published on my daughter and the video, so that
you can give little bit more valuable input to add to press release.
Thanks in advance and once we finish this, I would like to give the
highest rank to you.

Hello again. I shall address your clarification request
point-by-point.
1. "Don't you think the press release should be more than this
(regarding lines and matter is concerned). If you think so, Can you
add some more matter to this. (Note: Siri is very good in spelling
also. She was a guest for Jay Leno at the age 6, for her photographic
memory i.e., She could spell any long word or number forward and
backward, which she presented her skill or talent infront of Jay Leno
in Tonight Show. She participated in National Spelling bee in 2002
getting 26th position in the nation) I am giving this info because, if
it fits in any form in press release, you can include. Thanks)"
1. CLARIFICATION - In composing a press release, you should decide
whether you are promoting Siri or EZ Math Tricks. Both could be
included in the same press release, but if I were doing it, I would
write two releases: one highlighting Siri with moderate mention of the
video, and one highlighting the video with moderate mention of Siri.
Then I would send both releases to the press, but concentrate the
video release for securing catalogue placement and interest from
distribution houses.
As for composing complete press releases for you, this Google site is
primarily for answering research questions, and researchers are not at
liberty to promote their own freelance work for hire. I included the
sample to give you the idea of what a press release would be
(basically a glorified text advertisement) and, since I do not wish to
jeopardize my researcher status, I would ask you understand my
inability to assist you in this matter. Having perused your web site,
I feel you will be able to utilize my sample to compose wonderful
PR's: you have a fine way with words.
2. "You mentioned to send to different organizations of educational
origin. Where can I find the email addresses or should I use any
company to send to others like www.press-release-writing.com
<http://www.press-release-writing.com> (they charge $300 for one
release to approximately 1500 organisations)."
2. CLARIFICATION - Here I reiterate the difference between investing
time or money. If it is time you wish to invest, then go to Google, com
and enter key phrases in the search box, being ultra-specific about
the information you request. Again, promoting one's own product takes
time, but if you were to contact ten organizations/catalogues a day,
you'd have contacted 100 in ten days. Some key phrases I would use
for your needs would be the ones I mentioned before, and I would
suggest you look over Home's Cool catalog list
http://www.gomilpitas.com/homeschooling/materials/Catalogs.htm as
well as visit home school materials stores and check the distributors
of products found there. On the catalogue lists, simply visit each
individual site listed there and forward your press releases to them.
Again, this takes time but I believe the financial rewards would be
greater for you, and you would control the distribution of the video.
In addition, there are stores across the US created by Discovery
channel - with a press release focused on Siri and some marketing to
them for distribution, you could secure personal appearances/signings
for Siri and that would also help product promotion. If this is
something you would like for Siri to do, then simply mention it in
your press release about her. "To schedule personal appearances with
Siri for product promotion, contact..."
3. "3.Your input is really appreciated and if you give me your fax
number, I can fax an article published on my daughter and the video,
so that you can give little bit more valuable input to add to press
release. Thanks in advance and once we finish this, I would like to
give the highest rank to you."
3. COMMENTS - I am flattered you have found my suggestions helpful,
and must inform you I am bound by Google guidelines not to share any
personal information. This is in the terms of service to which I
agreed when I became a researcher and I must honor those terms.
If you wish to hire someone to write the press releases for you, you
are at liberty to choose that direction, however, I say again that I
believe you already possess that knowledge as you are a well-spoken
individual. It will just take the time investment on your part to
succeed in this endeavor.
Let me also say I believe you have a wonderful daughter on your hands!
You seem to have fostered in her a love for learning and imagination,
and I wish you both the best in your quest to make her video the most
popular math instruction available. Your web site is quite
informative and well done, and I will bookmark it to return and check
for your success on press release composition - it would be prudent, I
think, to include a press materials link so that when people visit
your site, they might choose to copy the press release from there.
I have enjoyed sharing my suggestions with you and am pleased if you
have found them helpful.
