I want to purchase the actual yellow pages that are delivered to
people's homes in every "city" with a population of more than 250,000
people for every country in Eastern Europe. I am not interested in the
online yellow pages, commercial directories, import/export directories
etc. What I need are the name's of the companies or agencies that
distributes them, along with a contact name and phone number. Email
addresses, websites, costs, and weights would be nice but are not
required. This will allow me to contact each of them and provide
payment and shipping instructions.

The answers provided for the countries you found are good, but I find
it hard to believe that there are no yellow pages printed in the other
countries.  Did you not find any information on them in your search,
or do they not produce the actual phone books in those countries?

Dear joel1357,
After extensive, but absolutely fruitless research I came to the
conclusion that those seven Eastern European countries really don't
have printed Yellow Pages. I may err, of course, but I am quite sure
about this. Considering the conditions in these still-developng
nations it is absolutely credible that certain kinds of services which
are absolutely common in Western Europe or the United States have not
emerged there yet. I have not found the slightest reference to Yellow
Pages as we know them in those countries (which has surprised me a bit
in the case of Hungary).
