New Sex Education explains that the surgery hasn't been perfected, and
can actually be much more trouble than it's worth:
"Unfortunately, penis enhancement surgery just hasn't been fully
perfected yet. In addition to the extraordinary monetary cost of
surgery, the procedure itself should give one pause. The penis is
"lengthened" by cutting the suspensory ligament. This gives the
appearance of a longer penis but does not actually increase its
length. It also makes the penis more unstable during intercourse, as
well as more susceptible to injury. This surgery leaves a permanent
scar and a lower angle of erection."

Penile enlargement procedures are quite expensive:

At least one man who has undergone such surgery firmly advises against

of men with humongous penises. But complications from the so-called
'perfectly safe' penile enlargement surgery have left him -- and many
others -- shriveled, shamed and unable to perform sexually."
