Question ID: 208704
I need an overseas payment method that meets all my requirements

* Recipient is a private business in the USA;
* Sum of money is between US$30 and US$300;
* Cost of transfer not to exceed US$20;
* Time taken not to exceed 2 weeks from any major city in the
developed world;
* Needs proof of receipt;
* Private and untraceable, like cash(');
* Cannot be auto-renewed or billed without express prior consent;
* Avoids untrustable internet payment agencies; and
* Legal in all respects(').

(') By private, I mean sender's name and contact details (except
country) must remain confidential and cannot be traced by recipient
without moderate effort. Specifically does not need to be secure,
hidden or otherwise obscured from revenue or law enforcement agencies,
but just provides a modicum of privacy.

Considered cash in mail (no receipt), registered letter containing
cash (no privacy), money order (no privacy), transfer (no privacy),
pay pal (no privacy), etc.

Any ideas?

Can't money orders be purchased anonymously? I thought so, but perhaps I'm wrong.

If they can, post details as an answer and claim the fee.

Depending on your country, you may be able to send an international
postal money order. Then just send it registered or with a return
receipt. Check with your post office to see if they have one
acceptable in the U.S.
