Rather than making a list (which would be like re-inventing the
wheel), I think most Researchers would prefer to address this question
in a fresh way. Perhaps it would be interesting if you were to re-word
your question so that the main point, instead of a "Top Five" list,
would be a Researcher's opinion on why Google Answers is better than
the rest (I am assuming that all GA Researchers believe we're the
best. I know I do!)

It is my personal (and highly biased) opinion that Google Answers
stands out above all other such services. In my view, the thing that
sets GA apart is the spirit of teamwork among the Researchers.
Although I have not worked for any similar services, I've heard that
some online "ask an expert" services are highly competitive, with a
rather cut-throat attitude. Here at GA, many of us do not view our
colleagues as competitors; we view them as friends who offer valuable
resources and moral support as we work toward a common goal. Often I
have been able to answer a question only because of an item of
information provided to me by another Researcher; just as often, I've
been the one giving a piece of useful data to one of my peers to
assist him or her in providing a good answer to a customer. We aren't
just "experts" here. We are a network of highly motivated, genuinely
dedicated individuals who are committed to serving GA, serving our
colleagues, and (most of all) serving you, our customer.
