How about the Orioles-Phillies game at Camden Yards? A "1983 World Series Reunion" will occur in the form of the three-inning "game" between members of the 1983 Phillies and Orioles. A nice sunny day is expected. Good tickets have been easy to come by this year, but this game will likely be be well-attended, so move quickly! |

Here's a link to the Orioles website page where tickets to the game can be purchased from Ticketmaster. Better hurry! http://www.ticketmaster.com/event//1500363D8A5628CC/ |

Hah, wanna give her a thrill and have a wonderful time yourself? Take her for a ride on a Harley, down to the waterfront, or to a biker bar, or both. The HD dealer will be glad to recommend a good place, I'm sure, and on Sunday you're likely to find a great one with lots of cold beer and good live music. Check out The Route 40 (Baltimore) Harley-Davidson Store online at: http://www.hdstore.com/rentals.asp Their rates are $135/day for one day on a weekend. You can choose from an ultra-fast ultra-powerful new V-Rod, an ultra-luxurious Ultra Classic, and many styles in between. For a first ride, I'd recommend the Ultra Classic, or the Electra Glide Classic. The Road King and Heritage are good two-up bikes too, but this dealer doesn't have a backrest on those models, and that can seriously undermine a day's ride. I'd stay away from the Dynas or FatBoys as they're probably aren't all that great for an introduction to two-up riding. Still, any Harley's better'n none! Have a look see for yourself, and ask if you have any questions. Most of all have a good time no matter what you do! Byrd-ga (aka "Ol'Mama of the Dead Donkeys MC" lol!) |

I have to agree with my colleague Hammer. Harbor Place is delightful. So much to do and see. And very friendly atmosphere. I'd go back in a heartbeat if I lived close enough. Enjoy your date! tlspiegel |
