CWK could actually also be an Appleworks file. I do believe that
Appleworks replaced Clarisworks, but a Clarisworks converter might not
do it for you because it could be saved in a format developed after
the demise of Clarisworks.

Unfortunately, there is no "free" viewer available, except for the
Method that I listed at the bottom, which would require you to gain
access to a Macintosh Computer. The only viewer that I was able to
come up for Windows is one that is still in development:

viewer running in Windows would have to be able to read the Macintosh
AppleWorks format, at which point it would only take an additional
tiny step to make such a "viewer" a "converter". I was not able to
locate an application that "renders" an AppleWorks document without
giving the user the ability to convert it to another format.
===Method 1===
I did find a third party application that will let you convert a
ClarisWorks/Appleworks file on your Windows machine. You can find

Another way to do this would be to use a third party service to
convert all the files for you. Here is a link to a service that will
do this for you (minimum cost appears to be $27 plus $5 per MB
emailed). If you do use this service, you should zip up the files to
save some money. This might also be a good idea if you do not believe
that you will need this functionality in the future.

Most new Apple computers should be able to open the file in AppleWorks
(which should be installed on any Macintosh computer shipped in the
last few years). If you are able to access a Macintosh computer with
Appleworks, save the file in RTF or Text Format and then import it to
the application of your choice such as Word on Windows.
