I want a script written in PHP or Perl that does the following:

Visitor visits my "web design quote" website.  Fills out information
similar to the website linked to above.

Portions of this information (minus contact information, etc.) gets
mailed out to a list of particpating web developers.

The web developers can then purchase the rest of the information (like
how to contact the individual who asked for the quote) for small price
($10-$50 for example).  Naturally, there is a limit on how many web
developers can access this information.


I call this a "quote system".  There must, however, be scripts that
perform the same function, but probably are called something else. 
Please find me a script (more than one if possible) that does
something very similar to what I described above.  I can modify it
plenty, but it should start about being very similar.  The price range
for such a script must be under $300.

This would be a very easy page to write, if you spent a bit of time
learning PHP and how to write a simple database application.

1)  Create a front-end that allows people to describe their
site-development needs.

2)  Create a back-end where web developers can log in and view all of
the requests and place a bid, along with some text on why they should
get the business.

3)  After the bidding period is over, present all of the bids to the
person who submitted the request, and figure out how to obtain your
commission.

You'll just need some simple PHP code and a database to hold the
records.  Mysql goes well with PHP.

It would be simple, but I'd rather spend a few dollars then spend a
few hours writing it myself.  I have other things to do, that's just
my viewpoint.  Thanks for the suggestion though.

I assume you have a list of web developers for this service.  Why
don't you simply have one of them do this for you?
