(Would prefer a marketing/branding expert answer this. If you're not,
feel free to add a comment, though!)

I and a partner are getting reach to launch an FSBO (For Sale By
Owner) site that will solicit listings from homeowners who want to
sell homes themselves as well as cater to buyers looking for homes in
specific areas.

Our angle is that we're going to provide exceptional service and
materials above and beyond what the normal FSBO offers them. We need
to come up with a killer slogan that will convey this in one short
sentence.

Think about it from the customer (homeseller) perspective... How can
our slogan immediately convey that we're better and above all the
other FSBOs out there?

Our slogan was originally going to focus on the fact that customers
would save thousands of dollars in Realtor commission fees but after
reading some branding books and talking to others, most sellers are
aware of the benefits of FSBOs (no commissions), so we wouldn't stick
out of the FSBO market by chiming that fact (like they all do!).

Thanks!

Hello Solari,

here are my suggestions:

Real Estate, Real Easy

--> Catchy.

Deal Settled

--> Emphasizes the speed of your service.
    "Settled" associates settling down to a new home.

Don't Let Them Wait

--> Others do that already.
    Emphasizing why you, not them.

For Sale For Sure

--> It's a risk-free investment. No doubt about it.

Meet Your Buyer

--> The customer is waiting around the corner.
    You will make the connection.
    Humorous association ("Meet Your Maker").

We'll Get Your Money

--> Slightly ironic.

Let's Hit Home

--> Simple.

The Home Helpers

--> Easy & friendly.

The Property Transferrers

--> Original, professional.

Make Sure They Find Yours

--> If not for you, they'd never sell.

Let's Put Your Roof Over Their Head

--> Personal. Attracts attention.

Hope this helps!

It's a start, but not what we're looking for. My original question
is:
---
Our angle is that we're going to provide exceptional service and

---

In other words, we are looking for a slogan that will make it evident
that we will provide exceptional service and materials above and
beyond what the normal FSBO does. The slogans you offered are okay but
they don't convey what I am asking for. It needs to convey the
benefit outright rather than be subtle or cute about it, if you know
what I mean.

I also said I preferred that a branding or marketing expert answer
this. Should I retract this and post again? Let me know. Thanks.

Hello Solari,

could you please give me more details on why your services are above
and beyond what others have to offer? This would help further
investigating a brand for the benefits of what you have to offer.
Would you say the fact that it's online should be emphasized as
competitive factor?

Thanks.

Hello again Solari,

Here's the list I compiled after further analyzing your request. This
time, I made sure to put special emphasis on the customer perspective
by pointing out your special edge in the competition:

Others Play. We Score the Home Run.

--> Clearly pointing out why you should be chosen.
    Double-meaning of "home run".

Posted. Sold. Painless.

--> Other companies make it too complicated.

They Sell Houses. We Sell Dreams.

--> More them vs you.

'Cause We're the Experts

--> While others clearly aren't.

All That and More

--> You got what others have, plus special benefits.

Home of Extra Value

--> For that special bonus.

Customer, Meet House

--> It's so easy when they chose you.

#1 in FSBO

--> And now you got the attention others wanted.

No Safer Way to Make Them Pay

--> With possible money-back guarantee.
    Others can't compete.

The Connection Factory

--> Others don't know the right people.
    You're the one with the connections.

Big Buyers Watching You

--> You got the customers already.
    Others are running behind.
    Orwellian reference, extra sticky.

Hope that's more like it!

What's the name of your comany. The key to a good brand in the eye of
the user is consistency. Alliterative slogans and brand names are
always easy to remember.

I think that was an excellent answer... and if you want a
marketing/brand expert, you'd better want to spend more than $5!!!
What do you think you'll get if you only want to spend that amount --
for $5 I'd say you got your money's worth twice over.

How about "Stress Free Selling" or "Sign up, sell out" (joke!) or
something simple like "The Property Experts" (no bs.) or "We let you
sail away" (Customer doesn't need to worry)
