Recewntly asked quesions list my question twice.  Once under
"counselor1 and again under "PeachTree".  I did not complete the
request under counselor1.  The question should only be answered and
billed once.  Why is it listed twice when I logged off before
completing the payment section?

You can close whichever question you wish by logging in, going to the
question you want to cancel, and clicking the grey button that says
"close question." The button is located right above the subject line.
