Question ID: 255352
I am looking to learn ways to obtain name lists of everyone who is
flying into John F. Kennedy airport in New York City and other various
airports around the country. From what I hear, everyone who flies
(including celebrities) must use their real names when registering for
a ticket. I own an autograph business (obtaining autographs in-person
from celebrities around the East Coast) and regular airport
information would be truly helpful. I have obtained autographs at
airports on countless occassions, but the information has always been
given to me secondhand. How would I go about obtaining this
information myself? Is it necessary to know someone who works for the
airlines or are name lists public information? I need to know the
names of every single person on every single flight, if possible.

Any help is appreciated. I will tip helpful answers at least $10 bucks
each.

Thank you.

Considering today's heightened concerns about terrorism, I would
expect that the information you're seeking would be very closely
guarded.

It's somehow widely available to people of celebrity-related professions.

The information you seek is certainly confidential, till a certain
point. Just before a flight arrives, lets say at JFK, the Passenger
Manifest of passengers travelling on that flight is published in 'hard
copy'. This is for the convenience of those who are waiting at JFK to
receive their loved ones. I dont think this passenger manifest is
available on net or anywhere else for public access. And again,
depending on how sophisticated the airline is, this passenger manifest
may NOT include the names of celebrities/VVIPs.

Influential

You claim that "It's somehow widely available to people of
celebrity-related professions." This could be, because:
- A celebrity's publicist notifies "selected" individuals about it.
- They receive these listings illegally (bribing someone at the
airport, etc.).
- The follow lists of participants in openings, galas, etc. - and
deduct from that, that the celeb is due to arrive from a certain place
to a certain place.
