I'm looking for a list of gas stations that sell diesel gas in
northern California and Oregon for a trip that I am planning.

You only have to search where you're going and they have a section for
diesel.  At the moment, perhaps because of the relatively low gas
prices, it doesn't look like these are updated as often, but the
stations are still listed.
