stats/surveys/current research on trends in the area of E-COMMERCE
MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS.  Ideally, I want stats that illustrate the
upsides and the downsides to "e-procurement".  Here's an example of
something *close* to what I'm looking for: "Recent research indicates
that 80% - 90% of companies plan to procure goods and services online
in 2003" (Aberdeen Group Market Viewpoint). But I'd prefer data that
ties in real/anticipated trends in M&A in the e-commerce sector.
