I'm going through some pretty nasty stuff with my hosting company and
I would like to make that reflect back on them through the sites which
recommend and compare them.

Who do I contact?  What do I need to provide in terms of information
and what would be the fair maximum to do? :-)

There's probably nothing worse than a bad host, especially when one is
trying to run a business online!

Are you aware of Webhosting Talk? It could be that there are already a
lot of complaints about the hose you're having problems with. This is
where I always send people to check on a host before they decide to
make a move.

If there's a gripe about them, it can usually be found on Webhosting
Talk.

This is at least a good start, since you've not named the host or
where they advertise.

It would seem that others are not happy with Aitcom ...

I'm sure it's no consolation, but apparently you are not alone. There
