Question ID: 260004
I'm going through some pretty nasty stuff with my hosting company and
I would like to make that reflect back on them through the sites which
recommend and compare them.

Who do I contact? What do I need to provide in terms of information
and what would be the fair maximum to do? :-)

I'm sure it's no consolation, but apparently you are not alone. There
do seem to be a great deal of complaints about their service (or lack
of service) and some of their procedures.
