Hello,
I am in the mortgage loan business, and I would like
to work with some of the best Realtors in my area
who can refer me business. So, here is my question:
I would like to find out the top 20 Realtors in my 
county. ( I live in Chester County Pennsylvania)in
terms of who is taking part in the most Real Estate
transactions. Now, let me say first that I'm aware that
this information is attainable through the Multiple
Listing Service. However, I am not a member of the MLS.
So is there another way of obtaining this information?
And if there is, do I have to increase my offer to
do the required research?

After searching for other listings and directories of leading realtors
besides MLS, I have located a few which mention those realtors found
in Chester County.
If you would like, I can compile a list of realtors (with contact
information) mentioned in these directories.

Yes, I would like the list you mention as long as they are
some of the top Realtors in my area.
It sounds like they are.
I am saying that they should be successful because I am able to
obtain a list of ALL the Realtors in my area, but I only
want to work with the top producers.

Also, yes, the contact information would be
very helpful and save me lots of time.
