I have visited a local record shop here in Norway that sell the CD
that bobbie7 has described in the comments.  It is priced at NOK 79,
approx. US$11.  Unfortunately, the shop does not have a web site.  The
shop manager told me that they can ship the CD to you anywhere in the
world if you prepay it.  They will accept PayPal and bank transfers. 
Postage will be somewhere around US$ 10 for uninsured delivery,
probably a bit more if you want them to send the CD as registered mail
(or a courier service).

I can post the shop's contact information (phone number, postal
address and e-mail address) as an answer, but I'd like to know if this
is an answer that you'll find acceptable.

?In Sweden Stefan Nilsson is perhaps the biggest name in film scoring
today, and has composed the music for Bille August's (House of the
Spirits and Les Miserables among others) Pelle the Congueror (Pelle
Erovraren), Jerusalem and The Best Intentions (Den goda viljan) among
other films, as well as several Swedish TV series - most recently The
Archepilago Doctor (Skargardsdoktorn). This is the first compilation
with excerpts from Stefan Nilsson's most famous scores, with a lot of
never before released music.?

My fellow researcher blazius-ga just pointed out to me that the
webshop I mentioned does not ship outside Denmark and their Swedish
branch does not ship abroad, either.
