Please clarify your need. By strict reading of your question, you are
looking for distributors or licensees that export U.S. made Marlboro
Cigarettes. Since 10 of the 12 companies are supposed to be outside of
the U.S., do you mean that they are RE-exporting them to somewhere
else after receiving them from the United States (which may or may not
be a way around US export restrictions), or did you mean that they
were Importers?

We are looking for two (2) distributors or licensees that export US
made Marlboro cigarettes from the USA to Holland.Also ten
(10)distributors or licensees that import Marlboro from Virginia to
Holland and then sell them outside of the USA.These twelve companies
have exclusive reps or agent companies that sell for them.            
                                   These rep and agent companies are
also of interest to our research. If you are having difficulty and can
not find all twelve (12) companies get us as many as you can and
contact information on their exclusive rep and agent companies that
work for them.

Especially check out the chapter on "International Activities of Major
U.S. Companies: Philip Morris and RJR Nabisco".  While they don't list
exporters per se, the chapter does cover some details of how much is
exported, and emphasizes that most cigarettes sold overseas are
actually produced overseas, rather than in the U.S.
