I've searched the Worldcat library catalog to no avail for libraries
that may own the reports.  I've also searched the National
Agricultural Library with no results.  The only thing I can suggest is
that a library that may specialize in agricultural studies or a
corporate library for a business that may have interest in the reports
may be your only chances.  Let you know if I find it at any of these
type of libraries.
