commerical airlines (both international and domestic passenger and
cargo carriers) based in the US and other countries around the world.
The contact information we would like to obtain includes: the
airline's name, corporate HQ address, phone numbers and website URL,
and the names, titles, telephone numbers and email addresses of the
CEOs and COOs - preferrably in a tab-delineated or a comma-delineated
format. Can you help?

Please take a look at the contact information for ADA airlines, for example.
Would information like this be acceptable? I realize you would like
the information extracted into a printable list, but what about the
content of the information contained on the site?

Also, a list of contacts for 300 plus passenger and cargo airlines
will likely take a very long time to research and compile. Do you have
your own list of airlines that you already have in mind, or are you
leaving it up to the researcher to find out all of the cargo and
passenger airlines?

How much give and take is there in an answer? In other words, if
websites are found but limited contact info or names are not
available, would you like a researcher to compile everything
available, or leave your question unanswered?

Corporate telephone numbers are just fine. My mistake, I didn't think.
Obviously, most CEOs/COOs don't list direct dial numbers, but if any
do and/or you can get any of these numbers, please substitute them for

not assume everyone knows their headquarters city.)

2) We'd also hope you'd select Mr. Ilir Zeka, General Director, and
Mr. Stravi Vesho, Director of Operations, as the Albanian equivalent
of the airline's CEO and COO (It's a judgment call, but we trust your
judgement).

I hope that answers your questions. Basically, I'd say use your
judgment and do the best you can.

In response to your questions: Please use your judgment. We are
familiar with your work, and it is excellent.

A question for you and/or your compatriots: What are we supposed to do
when we find more than one of you working on our request?  When the
lock appeared, we assumed one person had taken the question and
needing time, was working on it.  In the FAQ, we didn't find any help
on how to deal with multiple respondent experts.  What is the "right"
thing to do?

Hi again mokester-ga!

I know you told us to use our judgment on this one but this new
clarification of mine will seemingly alter the essence and main
requirement of your question. This is my final request for
clarification and the reason for this is because of some unforeseen
factors.

Since the essence of your question is about CEOs / COOs of airlines I
presume that the management names should always be present. This is
the case with most US Airlines.

But for international airlines, it seems there isn't too much desire
to post the names of the management people. I have already accumulated
a list of 160+ airlines and most of them are US based since they fall
perfectly with your requirements. I can add more but then again most
are from the US. If I include those international airlines, some
management information will be absent.

In this regard, how do you want me to proceed?

I am sorry this is taking too long and there is so much request for
guidance. I hope you understand that sometimes in the course of
research unexpected things crop up. Please accept my apologies.

For those airlines where you can not finds names, can you instead
enter into those fields: "The Chief Executive Officer" and "The Chief
Operating Officer". If/when we get the names later (most likely by
telephoning the carriers), we can add them ourselves. We are very

While walking to work this morning, I thought about the "160+
airlines" you mentioned, and I thought it seemed a high number
although I don't really know for sure.  So here's a clarification that
you have not requested: When we said we were seeking contact
information on the "300 plus commercial airlines (both international
and domestic passenger and cargo carriers) based in the US and other
countries around the world" we were hoping your search would locate
the big guys, the commericial airlines that fly Boeing, Airbus and
McDonald-Douglas aircraft. If your "160+ airlines" includes companies
flying private jets or helicopters, that's fine, but when you start
looking for foreign-based airlines, just go for the big ones.  We
don't want you to do any more work than you have to because we really
