I would like to have a published literature search on high temperature
waterborne silicone coatings.  This search should include technical
magazines and patents.  The word "coatings" can be substituted with
paint or polymers. Coatings that are heated over 400 C are considered
"high temperature".

reference containing all your terms of interest:

Can you possibly loosen your criteria a bit to allow for more results?
 Otherwise, there really does not seem to be much out there with the
very specific focus on the type of coating material(s) you're
interested in.

You can eliminate silicone and waterborne or water based from the
search.  Use high temperature coatings as the main criteria.

Thanks for that clarification...it really helped.  I ran a search on
both "high temperature coatings" and "high temperature" paint", and
came up with a list of 32 technical documents going back to the
mid-1980's.  Here are the first ten results:
