I am using Incredimail for my e-mail.  Whenever I try to send mail I
get the following error message: "550 5.7.1 Access denied."  Can you
tell me the cause and more importantly the cure.  Thanks.

Hi kirk54,

Try this:

Tools / Accounts / Highlight your account / Properties / Servers:

Outgoing Mail Server:

Uncheck: My Server Requires Authentication


Click on the Advanced tab:

SMTP & POP3
Uncheck: This Server Requires a Secure Connection

My IncrediMail is old so yours may vary slightly. Anyway, try that and
let me know how it goes.
