Litigation, yes... but seems to be Colorado.

The City of Signal Hill is not named or has initiated any litigation
pertaining to Centex Homes.  I spoke with our City Attorney and he
recommended you to contact the Long Beach Court to see if one has
filed against Centex in Signal Hill.
