Dear Nick Mehdizadeh, There are several alternatives to PayPal that work on the same principles. The site PayPalWarning, which is critical of PayPal, lists several services, which offer the same services as PayPal: Paypal Warning - Alternatives to Paypal <http://www.paypalwarning.com/Alternatives/Default.htm> PayPalSucks is another site thatis critical against PayPal and offers alternatives. It also explaines how these alternatives work and if they worth anything: NoPayPal Options page! <http://www.paypalsucks.com/options.shtml> Here are several discussions on the topic in Webmaster's World: Alternatives to Paypal and Bank Merchant Account <http://www.webmasterworld.com/forum22/1662.htm> alternatives to paypal, have my own? <http://www.webmasterworld.com/forum22/1500.htm> You could also see previous answers in Google Answers for the same question: i need an alternative to paypal <http://answers.google.com/answers/threadview?id=303417> Alternatives to paypal for countries not on paypal list <http://answers.google.com/answers/threadview?id=226379> I hope this information helps! My search terms: alternative, paypal. Please contact me if you need any further clarification on this answer before you rate it. |

Perhaps a more detailed description of the service you're envisioning might produce a clearer answer. Frankly, I'm not precisely clear what you mean. I'd be surprised if you could find such a service. E-mail is considered an unsecure form of communication. The information is not encrypted and can theoretically be intercepted. Given that, sensitive and confidential information, such as a checking account number, should not be used in an e-mail for security reasons. My 2 cents. |

The only reason I know to not use PayPal is when someone doesn't have a credit card. There are a few other choices out there such as stormpay and e-gold, that do the same job. The only problem is a lot of these "online banks", are bad business and I wouldn't deal with them. If you do find some make sure you go to www.bbb.org to take a look at them. The only other online payment system I would take is e-gold. www.e-gold.com they don't need a credit card. |
