An issue of Q magazine had a supplement called, "The 50 most powerful
people in music" (Bono took the top spot).

At number 7 was Lyor Cohen, and part of what Q wrote was, "Besides
hiring the right people, Cohen habitually works 20-hour days." I found
that fascinating.

What is Cohen?s philosophy about work? In other words, how does he
motivate himself to keep working those sorts of hours?
