This is somewhat similar to a "palindromic date."
The phenomenon is sometimes called "date triples":
"Date Triples: Date Triples is my name for dates using two-digit years
the month, day, and year, are all the same. 03/03/03 was the last one.
The next is 04/04/04. These dates are culture independent as it
doesn't matter what order the numbers are written in."

"A decade or so from now, we'll also have an 12/12/12 and over the
next eight years we'll have date triples like 03/03/03 and so forth,
up thru 09/09/09 and 10/10/10 and 11/11/11."

And here the term "palendrical phenomenon" is used (I haven't seen
this term elsewhere):
"The name for the rare occurrence of repeating digits in a calendar
date, as 8/8/88, is palendri- cal phenomenon, according to J.N.
Friend's NUMBERS: FUN & FACTS, chap. 8, p.101."
