HI,  I am looking for links to a couple of programs, free or paid that
work as instant messengers.  I am looking for instant messenger
software that can be used in a corporate enviroment, so I dont want to
just use the normal yahoo or msn.  Please suggest a couple of places
that have software like this.

Go to www.e-securion.com they have a program called Mirador instant
messenger that does what you are looking for.
There is a trial version and you only need windows XP pro for the server

you might want to check out http://www.akeni.com , they have many
different instant messaging server and client programs available.
