I need to get GD 2.0 working with php on my server.  I already
installed /usr/local/bin with make install.  My php info is
http://www.jamespaden.com/phpinfo.php.  I want this page to work:

What did I need to do?

Basically, I just need someone to tell me how to recompile php with GD 2.0 support.

Hello, xemion:
  My advice is that you install PHP 4.3 or better, because it comes
with GD 2.0 included, if you can't for any reason, please, follow the
instructions on this page:

Patching PHP 4.2.3 For Use With gd 2.0.8 and Up

But it would be better to install PHP 4.3, just tell me...
