Pink has a great suggestion. They are both great tools. I use both as
well. I also found on the internet someone who had the same problem as
you, and posted to a MSG board, and they were recomended the same
solution.

As a side note, you can set AdAware to run automatically on your PC
while you're in bed. That way, you're protected without taking away
valuable time during your day.
