According to a message here, YITBOS stands for "Yours In The Bond of the Seal":

I have heard "Yours In The Bond Of Service" also. Many fraternities
use similar acronyms. For sororities, it's typically "Yours In The
Bond Of Sisterhood."

But since I was a GDI all through college, I can't prove any of this. ;-)

Considering that it's a fraternity, "Yours in the Brotherhood of..."
can't be ruled out.

A Google search for the phrase "Yours in the bond" turns up quite a
few fraternity-related hits:

And what, pray, is a GDI?

A 'Google Dollybird In-the-Making'?

Well, I've sorted GDI ...

Evidently, it's short for Graphical Device Interface, a Windows
standard for representing graphical objects and transmitting them to
output devices, such as monitors and printers.
