I am puzzled why I cannot seem to readily find this on the internet!

This archived CNN page gives us this info, but no birth date or birth
place ?Brahimi is of Algerian and Croatian nationality and speaks
French, Italian and Arabic fluently. She has a master's degree in
English literature and a diploma of advanced studies in political
science from the University of Paris. She also earned a journalism
degree from Columbia University in New York.?
