kimiekimbow...

This question, in conjunction with your other one, suggests
that you have one or more versions of adware or BHO (Browser
Helper Object) which was installed without your knowledge.

Please download, install and run the Bazooka Adware and
Spyware Scanner from the author's page here:
http://www.kephyr.com/spywarescanner/index.html

The program will identify 490+ malicious programs, as
listed on the Bazooka encyclopedia page:
http://www.kephyr.com/spywarescanner/library/index.phtml?source=bassindex

Having identified the problems, Bazooka provides links
to online pages which detail removal procedures.

Let me know where this takes you. If it resolves your
problem, I will post a formal answer. Otherwise, let
me know what else you need.

Hi,

Go to Control Panel>Administrative Tools>Services

Sort by Startup Type

Look for the services (Hint, they maybe the ones that were set for
automatic and yet under status, will NOT have been started.

Double Click and set Startup Type to manual.

Apply

Do this with all the files you listed and then reboot.
