I haven't found any online references to a person by this name. Where
did you encounter the name? Are you certain of the spelling? Any
details would be helpful.

Prophesies from mail-order clairvoyants are almost certainly hokum,
even if their source operates out of a so-called "Truth Center." If
someone has offered you some sort of psychic information for a fee, I
suggest that you tell them this: "If your powers were genuine, you
would have known that I am not going to pay you."

Dear Rosi,

Like Pinkfreud_GA said above me: it seems like a scam.

It seems, that the "Truth Center" in Regensburg changed the name they
use in their emails, but not their method: at the bottom of this page
in German, which redicules spammers and scammers, I found the
following (don't worry, I'll translate it for you):

Zentrum der Wahrheit - Truth Center
?bereignungsabteilung
Postfach 556
CH-8103 Regensdorf
Man

This very entertaining description of the spam-scam email they got,
goes in English like that:
***
This firm writes about the death of the world-famous Anna Maria
Sulatre (who doesn't know her?). She mentions 20 beneficiaries in her
will, to whom the receiver [of the spam mail] also belongs. If you
approve the email, you'll get the Anna Maria's book of prophecies, in
which the exact winning lottery numbers for the next two years are
published, with the times for better chances and a personal prophecy
for the next years. If one doesn't use the one-time chance, it would
go to a neighbour they know well. The old deceased lady apparently
thought of everything and prepared personal prophecies for the whole
neighbourhood.
If one wants their share, they only need to approve it at the lawyer,
Dr. Dorothea Wertmann. The process costs EUR 49,27 [about the same
amount in dollars], which is certainly not a lot, if you think that
you'll win the lottery every Saturday for the next two years. I was so
excited that I jumped all over my bed for three hours afterwards.

If I had psychic abilities that enabled me to know the winning lottery
numbers, I think I would go out, buy some lottery tickets, and get
rich, rather than selling the numbers to someone else for a few
dollars. ;-)

My sentiments exactly.

But you know that the Swiss are a funny folk. Here's another example
of a scam: Their cheese - full of holes!

The name Dr. Wilhelm von Dengenfang seems to have been made up.
I think they just try to make money in some dubious ways.
